Product Color & Pattern size and position may vary from display image but no worries we make sure our products look great !Ana Thorne offers In-house handcrafted products and Out-house products. Most of our products are made at the moment you submit your order after 2 days of payment processing . If you have questions about our delivery times do not hesitate to check with Ana directly via email, Facebook or Instagram. We are a small studio and we do our best to deliver products that make you smile, so we appreciate your patience, remember good things take time and we are working hard to shorten delivery times.

Most of the bags at Ana Thorne are individually hand made or hand crafted, they are one of a kind creations and not factory manufactured. As a result products will have subtle variations from one piece to the next, caused by variations in the fabrics as well as the hand crafting. By purchasing in this website or a tradeshow you accept any terms and conditions posted at anathorne.com and they can change at any time without notice. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on quantity, backorders and availability of the materials. It usually takes around 12 business days for small orders (up to 3) to be shipped, larger orders may take more time we will keep you posted!Get the look-book! Where you can check all our products.
You can always order your favorite bag or product with your favorite pattern!
Just send an email to info@anathorne.com and we will give you a digital version with an order form.We know mistakes happen so if you ever have a problem with any product, please let us know so we make it right. We usually give you store credit for exchanges. Returns or exchanges costs will be paid by the customer unless it is caused by mistakes on our end. The bag or item must be in new condition to be considered for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to accept a return, any issues will be reviewed directly by Ana Thorne and you will have 10 days from purchase day if you get the product at a trade show to apply for a return or exchange, or 10 days after delivery if you bought online . Return costs aren’t included with purchase, only if the mistake was on us we will cover the refund or exchange of the items.
